First of all, I love being married to Grant. Just for the record.
Grant has an almost-incessant flow of ideas. Sometimes it cracks me up how often he says, “I was just thinking….” I love listening to him hash out his latest brainstorm. Since I can’t remember everything, he keeps a Moleskine next to his bed and carries it everywhere to capture concepts. He has a pocket-sized version too, just in case. Many-a-time has he gotten out of the car to run back in the house and grab his notebook. And his wallet. And keys….
Grant thinks big-picture about everything from his life goals to carefully organizing his tasks each morning to eating his broccoli first. He prioritizes everywhere.He is a man of integrity, and is vigilant about honesty in his interactions. You can trust me on this one folks. A person can only keep up a facade for so long, and I have been in a position to closely observe him way past the point of exhaustion. He isn’t faking.

From Grant’s Bro

Being Grant’s brother has always been…interesting. Oh – I am not just his brother but his coworker, “bro-founder” and all around co-conspirator as well. It has always been that way. One of Grant’s earliest ideas was enlisting me to help him catch bees to start a honey business…and that was only the beginning.

The scary ambition of Grant’s ideas hasn’t changed a whole lot since the days of trying to catch swarms of bees, but his ability to execute them and choose at least marginally better goals has. When something looks impossible to the average eye, Grant can figure out how to align the exact people and resources to make awesome things happen (usually that means me).

All in all being Grant’s brother is awesome – being his bro-founder, co-conspirator makes it all the more exciting.
